These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between NarutoBet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the NarutoBet platform accessible at narutobet.cam.

NarutoBet is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

NarutoBet offers a range of promotions for eligible Players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. NarutoBet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Existing accounts are not eligible for welcome offers.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum bet size while Bonus Funds are active is typically RM250–RM500 per bet or spin. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contributions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance). Uncleared bonuses will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• NarutoBet prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including — but not limited to — coordinated play across multiple accounts, hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting rollover requirements, or exploiting software errors. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• NarutoBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NarutoBet platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account operation;
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same or different identities;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain unfair advantage;
• Participation in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — any exploits discovered must be reported to NarutoBet immediately;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or casino game results;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that contravenes anti-money laundering legislation;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing any third party — including minors — to use your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward NarutoBet staff or other platform users.

NarutoBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receiving a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution in respect of a deposit;
• Suspected involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10;
• Where closure is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Where an Account is closed at the Player's request (voluntary self-exclusion), NarutoBet will return any verified real-money balance within the standard withdrawal processing window, subject to completion of KYC and any AML requirements. Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

NarutoBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that empower Players to maintain control of their gambling activity. NarutoBet is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players from their account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use NarutoBet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website.

Any unauthorised use of NarutoBet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NarutoBet hereby excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to inadequate security measures on your part;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime caused by events outside NarutoBet's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party service provider failures, or internet outages;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement caused by data feed inaccuracies from third-party providers, subject to NarutoBet's right to void and rectify such errors under Clause 9.2;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit NarutoBet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

NarutoBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood NarutoBet's Privacy Policy.

Key principles governing NarutoBet's data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance;
